By signing a sales receipt, you, the undersigned, (“You” or “Your”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Except for the clothing, electric, and electronic items policies as expressly stated below. All Sales are final. All products are sold AS-IS Where-IS. No Returns, refunds, credit, or exchanges. There are no warranties of any kind from The Liquidation Team, whether express or implied. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You hereby waive and disclaim all warranties by The Liquidation Team, whether express or implied. We are a liquidator and once the product is paid for the transaction is considered finalized. We sell used, secondhand, repaired, re-manufactured, reconditioned, rebuilt, and relined products. Your purchase could be described by one or more of the foregoing terms, and if you do not know which term or terms apply to your purchase, it is your duty to ask before buying. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect, measure, test, verify, and ask questions before purchasing any products. It is the customer’s responsibility to remove purchased items from our store at the time of purchase. Any items left for more than 3o days are considered abandoned and we will sell them again without refund, exchange, credit, or offset. It is the customer’s responsibility to know what they are buying, we take no responsibility, liability, or claims of expertise on products that we sell. Clothing items may be returned for immediate exchange only within seven days of purchase and only if the item has not been worn, washed, or damaged and our original tags are still attached and with the original receipt. Customers have seven business days to bring electric or electronic items back for repair, service, or exchange (excepting known deficiencies at the time of purchase) if they do not function correctly. We will never issue a refund. We want to ensure that our buyers get a good working item. Customer is liable for all legal and collection fees. By signing a sales receipt, customer acknowledges product was received in full, in good working order, and accepts above terms and conditions.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the site, and sales receipts. Your signature on sales receipts after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
