Do you sell products online?

Our Orem store is the only retail sales location we have including our website. You can browse through our products online, but you need to come in to buy them. Why? because we feel that your experience will be better if you come check out the products yourself before buying them.

We do have an eBay store where you can purchase products that we don’t sell at our retail store. You can find our store on eBay by searching for LiquidationTeam.

Can I return a product I purchased from your store?

All Sales are final. All products are sold AS-IS Where-IS. No Returns, refunds, credit, or exchanges.

However, there are two exceptions.

1. Clothing items may be returned for immediate exchange only within seven days of purchase and only if the item has not been worn, washed, or damaged and our original tags are still attached and with the original receipt.

2. Customers have seven business days to bring electric or electronic items back for repair, service, or exchange (excepting known deficiencies at the time of purchase) if they do not function correctly. We will never issue a refund.

Can I get a refund?

Our testing team tests each product before placing them on the floor, but it is still up to you to inspect a product thoroughly before purchasing. You can ask one of our testers to come help you inspect it, and ask any questions you may have.

Can I exchange the product I purchased with another one from your store?
